Learning together

These schools stories have already inspired and informed a range of projects and initiatives – within government departments, within individual schools – and within WWF and other non-governmental organisations committed to ESD.
We’ve learned a lot from the schools we have worked with. We’d like to keep learning – and sharing what we have learnt – with other schools.
We also want to ensure that the information we capture – and the way it is presented – is useful to you. You can help in a number of ways.

Every school has a story to tell. We're interested in your story.
You may categorize your work as education for sustainable development, development education, environmental education, global dimensions, or citizenship. Or you may call it by another name. Whatever term you use to describe the work, the stories we're interested in are the ones that are about the work you do to prepare and empower children and your school community to think across disciplines and geographic boundaries, and to act in an ethically-responsible manner for the benefit of current and future generations and the health of the planet. Here at WWF we are continually finding ways to move forward. We would really appreciate your feedback to help us plan our future work. Let us know, for example:
- how you have used the case studies;
- which case study/ies you have found most useful and why;
- other themes or issues you would like to see covered by a case study;
- ways in which this site can be improved.
You can send us your feedback by emailing cduggan@wwf.org.uk
